The Investment Committee of Blue Ship Capital is composed of the two executive directors as well as an independent member with an extensive knowledge and experience in the financial industry. The Committee meets every quarter, or sooner when deemed necessary, to devise the investment strategy and discuss on markets and opportunities.

The Audit and Risk Committee of Blue Ship Capital oversees the risk and compliance framework, supervises the preparation and audit of financial statements and digests technical and regulatory documents prior to Board approval.
